Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high-altitude sector.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the helicopter or to the persons on board. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).

Rescheduling Of Booking

Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Credit Note: A credit note will be issued for any cancellation of a confirmed booking, subject to the above terms.

Force Majeure And Bad Weather Refunds :

If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 3 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to bad weather situation then we will refund only flying timing cost approximately INR 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) against each Dham per seat.

If flying is not possible due to any reason/bad weather at Dehradun, then 5% Services charge + utilized services like hotel stay and transportation will be applicable.

Bad Weather & Force Majeure Policies :

In the event of flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather, technical issues, or any force majeure reasons beyond the control of the company. SBTM will not be held liable for the cancelled or delayed flights. However, refund will be given to the client as per our refund policy. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other extra travel expenses done by the guests will be provided in the event of cancellation of a flight.

In case, the departure does not take place from Dehradun due to any above-mentioned reasons, the tour will be considered as cancelled and refund will be made as per our policies.

However, in this case guests are open to reschedule the tour for the next available date; a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available option to the guests.

The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers.

Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability

In the event that adverse weather conditions prevent flights from Badrinath to Dehradun, guests will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own hotel accommodation. If guests choose to travel back to Dehradun by road instead of waiting for the next day’s flight, all road travel expenses will likewise be borne by them. Under these circumstances, the company will not issue any refund.

In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey by road shall be done by us. However, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.

Disputes

Any disputes related to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or its terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.

Bookings will be taken, considering there is an acceptance of the above –mentioned terms & conditions by the party.

No, any future rate revision will not apply to the package for which the advance payment has already been received. The rate for such bookings will remain fixed as per the confirmed price at the time of booking.

Customers are advised to confirm their bookings within the validity period to avoid any price revision." This clause will assist you in managing customer concerns in case of rate fluctuations.

If children are included in the yatra, what are the standard norms for child pricing in Uttarakhand?

0–2 years (Infant): Free of cost 3–5 years (Child without bed): Free of cost. No extra bed will be provided. 6–9 years (Child with bed): 50% charged at child rate with extra bed or mattress. 10 years and above: Will be treated as an adult and charged at full adult rate. Hotel accommodation and meals for children are strictly subject to hotel policies. Any additional services for children (special meals, separate bed, extra seat, etc.) will be charged extra. Valid age proof of the child is mandatory at the time of booking and during travel. No dispute will be entertained regarding child age once the booking is confirmed.

What is the minimum advance required to confirm a booking?

Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of a minimum advance payment of 10% of the total package cost. In the case of fixed departure tours, the advance amount shall be INR 1,000 per person for Do Dham Yatra and INR 2,000 per person for Char Dham Yatra.
